Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using bychat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse bychat: no illegal activity, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no building applications that violate the rights of others or applicable law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the projects and code you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, build, and run your projects on your behalf.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.
Disclaimer and liability
bychat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
